Strong Review For Strong Curves
"And at the top of mountain, if there’s one message I’ve routinely championed it’s this: women should lift heavy things."—Tony Gentilcore
[Note: Tony Gentilcore review's a book, Strong Curves, in the above article. I have not read the book so I have no opinion, yet. The reason for the re-post is the subject. If another woman tells me they cannot lift heavy weight because they get "too big" I may run into the concrete wall as fast and hard as I can. (I realize some of you would love to see that!) This "too big" phenomenon only happens to women. HOW CAN THIS BE? Never has a man approached me, a man filled with Testosterone mind you, and claimed he was lifting a heavy weight and he got too big. Only woman have this "problem". Perhaps this book can shed some light on the topic.–George]
