TOP 10 FOODS TO GAIN MUSCLE MASS Don’t be confused. We all need to gain or at least maintain muscle mass. It becomes more important as we age. The “normal” weight gain we see in our friends and relatives (ourselves!?!?) as we age is often the loss of muscle mass with the gain of body fat. In order to be lean and maintain or achieve a lean appearance you need to have a good percentage of lean muscle mass. The more lean muscle mass compared to your body fat, the better you will look and feel. Don’t be confused and think the article refers to getting “body builder” big. It doesn’t.
