–then–

5 rounds for time of:

5 Handstand push-ups

7 Deadlifts @ 70% 1rep max

9 Med Ball AbMat sit-ups, 20/14#

 

Janine bangs out a few one arm, two finger push-ups…wait a minute…is that a green band holding her up?  Trickster!
