Some Spartans had an exceptionally busy, tough, but rewarding weekend!  Congratulations to Cathy (8 hrs), Jenna and Jason C. for doing the Spartan Beast on Saturday.  Congratulations to Maria (4:33) and Mike S.(5:49) for their performance in the Long Island Marathon.  Congratulations to Pat W.(2:16), Eddie(2:37) and Joe M.(1:47)  for their Long Island Half Marathon performance.  Congratulations to Juana (3:12) on her 40 mile TD 5 Boro Bike Your New York race.

Ladies, before the guys come back in….my sister and I discussed one of our favorite topics yesterday during Greek Easter brunch–women who involuntarily, ugh, “leak” during exercise.  Good news.  My sister put me on point about a product that actually works!  The product is the Poise Impressa Bladder Support.(Click on the highlighted words)  I would explain more about it, but the Poise folks were kind enough to include a video which shows exactly how the Impressa works and answers the most common questions you may have.  Not to mention…do you really want to have this conversation with me?  Not that it bothers me.  I’m here for you.  If you have questions that the video doesn’t address AND you feel comfortable enough to run it by me or Lisa, we can run it by my chief research and development person (for this product), my sister.

    George, thanks for the info, being a masters athlete I will definitely be trying this … Terrible things happen as I cont to work on my double unders… Will keep you updated… Lol….
