Workout of the Day
For time:
200 meter run
25 push-ups
200 meter run
25 weighted sit-ups (25/10# plate held extended)
200 meter run
25 lunge steps
200 meter run
25 barbell shoulder to overhead, 75/55#
200 meter run
25 wall ball 20/14#

NOTE: We did a version of this on September 14, 2014.  The only difference was the workout from 2014 included Russian kettlebell swings instead of the barbell shoulder to overheads we are doing today.  In case you were around then and you’re interested in comparing.

    You didn’t miss too much, but it’s always good to do something, in a competition WOD, that you were never able to do before.
