CROSSFIT SUFFOLK: Powered By SPARTAN PERFORMANCE

CrossFitters train the way they do to be better at life.  That means different things to each individual.  Some like to engage in CrossFit or other types of fitness competitions.  Some are Obstacle Race enthusiasts.  Some just want to be able to keep up with their energetic children.  And then there’s Matt S.(legend has it that the “S” stands for “Super-Strong”)  Matt, just for fun, needs to be a high performance machine because he rides high performance machines, the two-wheel type.  Matt needs to become one with his motorcycle, literally, in order to run his bike at the best efficiency.  At 6 feet tall and just over 200 pounds this is no small task, but Matt does it!  Oh and Matt has to stay in shape for his real job.  He owns Regal Events, one of the leading DJ, Entertainment and Event Planning companies in the Northeast.

Matt spent a good portion of last week in Jennings, Florida at the Jennings GP, “two miles of twisted black asphalt with fourteen turns at North Florida’s own “Motorcycles Only” Road Racing circuit”, according to their website.
