Mike S. has been training with us since the summer. Mike has a large frame and stands over 6′ tall. He has lost about 25 pounds since the summer while adding lean muscle mass. Had you seen Mike back in August you’d see the difference in his body composition and the fact that his waist size has dropped. What is difficult to see in a few photos is the dramatic improvement in Mike’s mentality, his strength and his conditioning! Outstanding work Mike!
