The Northeast Masters Throwdown at Shoreline CrossFit in Branford, Connecticut is 4 days away.  There is a new division this year, 35-39 year olds.  There are 5 of us representing this year.  For more info, to register or see the workouts click HERE.

Beat The Bracket: Brooklyn Competition is only 11 days away.  We have 4 Co-Ed partner teams in this one.  This will be the first man/woman partner competition that any CrossFit Suffolk athletes have participated in!  Click HERE for further info.

The long awaited, eagerly anticipated, social event of the year is finally taking place!  Yes the 2016 CrossFit Suffolk After-The-Holidays-Party has been announced and you’re invited.  The night is Saturday, February 6th.  The party is at the gym.  THERE WILL BE NO WORKING OUT DURING PARTY HOURS.  Wear the casual clothing you normally wear when hitting the town.  We will supply food, but you may bring food to share.  It does not have to be “health food”.    YOU NEED to let us know if you will be attending.
