Cindy is amazing – what wasn’t mentioned in your whiteboard is that she then goes to a dance class the same night. In walking dead terms she would still be alive in season 6. All of the chicks at crossfit are badasses.
I watched Melissa in awe as she did this WOD I think she was on her 3rd round basically while I was still doing deadlifts! I don’t know what you Demettrious’ feed your kids growing up but I’d sure like to know!! Anytime I see anyone of those kids do a WOD I’m amazed
OR… Maybe it’s what you didn’t feed your children and the good example of the parents set at an early age
I don’t think it was the food at all…it was the trauma we put them through at an early age….maybe.
