BE ADVISED: ON SUNDAY (TOMORROW) THE SESSION TIME IS 9-10 AM.  THIS SUNDAY DAYLIGHT SAVINGS ENDS SO THE CLOCKS GO BACK AT 2 AM.  DON’T BE A DUMBASS…PREPARE ACCORDINGLY.

TRAIN YOUR BODY TO LOVE HOLDING HEAVY WEIGHTS OVERHEAD

Workout of the Day
Halloween Team WOD
3 person teams including at least 1 woman per team.

For time:
100 meter Farmer Walk with 32 kg kettlebells (24 or 16 kg for women) Entire team starts and finishes at same time, then,
teams will complete an exercise before moving onto the next one. One team member will work at a time. They can partition each exercise as they’d like:
200 wall ball 20/14 lbs.
100 toes to bar
100 ground to overhead (95/65 lbs.)
100 calorie row
100 burpees
200 sit-ups
Teams will end the workout with a 100 meter Farmer Walk with the same kettlebells as above. Teams must finish together.
