Workout of the Day
7 minute EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute):
Power Clean-Hang Power Clean-Jerk
Note: For 7 minutes, at the top of every minute you will perform a 3 lift complex: a power clean, a hang power clean and a jerk (push or split).  Use somewhere in the vicinity of 70% of your power clean 1-rep max.
15 minute AMRAP:
5 pull-ups
10 sit-ups
15 kettlebell swings 24/16 kg
