STRENGTH TRAINING FOR WOMEN: HOW WOMEN LIFT AND TRAIN DIFFERENTLY THAN MEN

You NEED Long Duration, Low Intensity Cardio  Take the time to read this article.  It explains the need for the workouts we typically do on Thursdays.

Workout of the Day
30 minutes of:
200 meter run
1 pull-up
3 push-ups
6 mountain climbers

NOTE: Workout is to be done at conversational pace.  Back off the intensity today.

    Good article on long duration! Its good to know there is a method behind your madness. After yesterdays WOD I was beginning to think your a sadist.. LOL

    (For those who don’t get my sense of humor–I’m just joking…a little.)

    Amie- We need to have a “Comment Rule” that states when referring to Whiteboard Notes or comments from another day there is some sort of indication. This will prevent me from asking questions such as WTF? 🙂
