Yes those are the 6:30 people that are often whispered about in shadowy corners. You’ve heard rumors of their existence, but you have never seen them–until NOW!
Did anyone notice the kettlebell Joey is swinging in the photo? That’s right–it’s the Spartan kettlebell that only 2 people use: Joey and me.
