Front Squat
1X5@ 75% 1-rep max
1X3@ 85%
1X AMRAP @ 95%

NOTE: Use 90% of 1-rep max as your 1-rep max when figuring percentages.

10 minute AMRAP:
30 double unders
20 sit-ups
10/5 push-ups

    All you ladies! You see that article up there that says Sounding Off, click on it. It’s awesome.

    Lisa was just talking w some of us about the strength of the women in the gym. So many of you portray strength beyond the barbell.
