The EPIC SHOWDOWN 2 is a local CrossFit competition that will take place on June 27th at the Sports Arena in Lake Grove. We already have some people signed up. 5X3@ 75% 1-rep max
3 rounds for total reps and calories of:
Wall-ball – 20/14 pound ball, 10/9 ft target. (Reps)
KB Sumo deadlift high-pull 32/24 kg (Reps)
Box Jump – 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press 75/50 pounds (Reps)
1 minute at each of the above exercises.
1 minute rest after each round.
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
