CROSSFIT SUFFOLK: Lisa Wins the Women’s Physique Division at the 2015 NPC Long Island Body Building, Fitness, Figure, Bikini and Physique Championships!

In her debut competition of this type, Lisa won the Physique Division of the 2015 NPC Long Island Body Building, Fitness, Figure, Bikini, Physique Championships on Saturday, May 30th 2015.  Lisa competed unopposed.  Lisa made hard work and dedication pay-off!  Congratulations Lisa!  Lisa’s next Physique venture is the Atlantic States Championships, a bigger venue, in New York City next weekend!

    Straight from the heart guys, bar none we have the best people in our gym! I really want to thank everyone who took time out to reach out to me and especially to Carol, Cindy and Janie who endured such a long and sticky night at the event..also- I really appreciate the encourgement and all the support I received from everyone! thank you all soo much for taking time out to send well wishes…. <3
