GETTING YOUR FEMALE CLIENTS TO “WOMAN UP”   We have so many strong women in our gym that articles like this one by Erica Hurst aren’t absolutely necessary for us.  We re-post the article because it’s a good reference article for our family friends who do not train with us because they are uninformed or because their beliefs about strength and conditioning training are based on myths, nonsense and ignorance.  Share this with your female friends who “don’t get it”.

    Why do I get the feeling this is what the Demetriou family does everytime they get together. 5 minutes into the family re-union or Sunday dinner the shirts come off and people are climbing ropes, power cleaning, banging out push ups and jumping on boxes. Grandpa is probably just out of frame stringing together bar muscle ups while grandma bakes paleo brownies. My family is so boring in comparison. Spartan!!!

      OK..the raised eyebrow might just motivate me to do a selfie….but just this one time and then it’s back to obscurity for me.
