REVOLUTIONIZE YOUR RUNNING FOR PERFORMANCE AND INJURY PREVENTION  This article is a book review, but the article includes a video that shows and describes the POSE method of running developed by the book’s author.  The POSE method is the method of running taught by the coaches of the CrossFit Endurance certification and is said to be a more efficient way of running.  While the weather hasn’t been conducive to running now’s a good time to work on running form inside the gym so we’ll be good-to-go for outdoor running workouts and obstacle races in the coming months.–George
