Workout of the Day
3 rounds of barbell complex:
1 Barbell Complex = 6 reps each of dead lift, bent over row, hang power clean, front squat, push press, back squat and push ups.

[Note: Men use 65lbs., Women use 45lbs.,  VIDEO DEMONSTRATION]

12 rounds NOT for time::
Farmers Walk, 80′
Sprint, 80′

[NOTE: Use dumbbells or kettlebells.  Measure 40 feet.  Go “down” 40′ and “back” 40′.  Each stall mat is 4′ wide so measure off 10 stall mats in length]
