Workout of the Day
Front Squat
1X20 add 5lbs to last session

Note: We’re up to 60% +20 lbs. for the Front Squat.  This is the 5th of 12 Front Squat sessions that take place every Tuesday and Friday for the next 4 weeks.  Strive for 20 “Unbroken” squats, but put the bar down if you must. 

For time:
800 meter run
30 Russian kettlebell swings 24/16kg
200 meter run
20 Russian kettlebell swings
