Veronica came through for us big time! She was kind enough to host Vinny’s going away party and a good time was had by all!

Watching CrossFit being done at the highest level is something to see! The thousands of participants that started with the Open back in March comes down to the top 50 men and 50 women competing this week. We have a special shout out for our friend, Scott De Tore. Scott is competing in the Masters Division (45-49) this week. Scott, and his wife, Mariana own CrossFit Kryptonite in Center Moriches. Good luck Scott!

I am so fortunate to have become a member of the Crossfit Suffolk community. The Demetriou family, along with all athletes at our gym have a special place in my heart! Thank you to all who were able to make it to the party last week, and to all who I have had the pleasure of meeting during my year with the gym.
Currently I’m in Charlotte NC visiting friends along my way down to what will be my new home, Miami FL. Be safe and train hard everyone! Once I get down to miami my training will continue. Miss you all and cannot wait to WOD with you all again
