THE STATE MANDATED NEW RULES REGARDING COVID-19:
You need a mask to enter the gym. No gaiters, bandanas, or buffs. Have back-up masks in your car for the days you forget.
You have to sign in at the door: name, address and phone number.
You have to maintain social distance of 6 feet while training.
You must clean and disinfect the equipment you use.
Don’t come in if you don’t feel well or have symptoms such as a sore throat, temperature, loss sense of smell or taste, cough, etc.
There are only 2 spots on the red bench. The ends of the bench are fine for sitting. There are 6 feet marked off between “sitting” spots that you may not sit on. Some of the cleaning and disinfecting supplies will be kept on the bench.
Our air filtration system has been outfitted with new and improved MERV 13 filters for better filtering of contaminants.
