I HIRED A SPORTS PSYCHOLOGIST FOR WEIGHTLIFTING, AND THIS IS WHAT I LEARNED


PLEASE ARRANGE WITH ME TO RETURN ALL GYM EQUIPMENT.

We will be opening the gym on Monday, August 24th at 8:00 am. The schedule will be in a state of flux initially while we “work out the bugs” we will no doubt experience as (1) many of the member’s schedules have changed and (2) we are operating under new state and county guidelines that will affect the flow of training.

We’ll start with 8-9 am, 9:15-10:15am, 11:15-12:15, 4-5 pm, 5:15-6:15 pm, 6:30-7:30 pm, 7:45-8:45.

EVERYBODY WILL HAVE TO HAVE A MASK WITH THEM.

EVERYBODY WILL BE REQUIRED TO SANITIZE THE EQUIPMENT THEY USE.

WE’LL GO OVER EVERYTHING ELSE WHEN YOU COME IN.

I KNOW I DON’T HAVE TO TELL YOU BUT I’LL TELL YOU ANYWAY: IF YOU DO NOT FEEL WELL OR THINK YOU MIGHT BE COMING DOWN WITH SOMETHING STAY HOME.
