VEGANS ARE SAD AND THEY HATE THEMSELVES

7 WAYS EXERCISE HELPS RELIEVE BACK PAIN

Most have heard by now that Jay’s wake services will be held this Thursday, June 4th at Moloney Funeral Home, 132 Ronkonkoma Avenue, Lake Ronkonkoma 11779, from 5:00-5:45. This is a time set aside for 20 CrossFit Suffolk members. We’re putting the list together. The nice thing about putting the list together is seeing how much Jay was thought of. The bad thing is I’ve had to turn away so many people and I’m still over.

The truth of the matter is I don’t want to tell the people who are currently on the list that about 5 or 6 won’t be able to go. So Im doing something I’m really good at–procrastinating.

I’ll figure it out.

Another nice thing is we will probably get together afterward.

We are collecting $10.00 per person for Jay’s family. Please contact me or Wendy if you’d like to contribute.

We’ll have a memorial for Jay when we can open the gym.

We still don’t know when we’ll be opening. We only know that Phase 1 started last week for Long Island’s reopening and we are Phase 4.

Let’s be careful out there people! We’re living in interesting times.
