Last Monday we discussed the topic of when the gym will be re-opening. We have nothing new to offer this week. We’re still thinking in June sometime.
We still plan on doing “MURPH” during Memorial Day Weekend. Those without a way of doing a version of the pull-up will have to substitute exercises. We’ll discuss that more as we get closer to Memorial Day Weekend.

Fear not. For newer athletes, we have several ways to scale this workout. There is a way to honor this man regardless of fitness level or experience.
