Less than 2 weeks until The Event Of The Season…the Annual CrossFit Suffolk After-The-Holidays-Holiday Party!! January 25th, at 8 pm in the gym! Bring food or drink. Dress for a party. Be prepared to see your fellow athletes as they look in “real life”. There will be a DJ and rumor has it that there will be karaoke!
