Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 mins of: 7 Ring Dips 14 Kettlebell Swings, 24/16 kg 21 Double Unders
Double Kettlebell Overhead Walking Lunge 2 X 8 Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.
