Back Squat:
1×3 at 70% 1RM
1×3 at 80% 1RM
1xME at 90% 1RM
Rest as needed between sets.
Use 90% of your 1-rep max as your “working” 1-rep max when figuring your percentages.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:
9 AbMat Sit-ups
8 Hand Release Push-ups
7 Push Press, 95/65 lbs
1 Rope Climb
