200 meter run (if weather cooperates, optional)

250 meter row

150 meter ski

10 calorie bike

5 sit-ups

T-spine rotation on each side

5 V-ups

groiner on each side

5 glute bridge

Pigeon on each side

5 Lying leg raise

glute stretch on each side
