CROSSFIT SUFFOLK: Powered By SPARTAN PERFORMANCE

Andrew’s a stand-out High School wrestler. In our years of coaching CrossFit we consistently see athletes from 2 sports adapt well to CrossFit: lacrosse players and wrestlers. Andrew exemplifies this fact perfectly. Last Saturday the workout was 3 rounds for time of: 9 back squats with the athlete’s weight in pounds on a barbell (in Andrew’s case it was 135 lbs.) and a 400 meter run. Andrew finished this event in 6 minutes and 51 seconds for the high score of the day! The next best time was 8:14. Andrew’s in Beast Mode already and the wrestling season hasn’t started yet.

8 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High-pulls, 70/50 lbs
