For time:

10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches, 50/35 lbs

15 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in

20 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches, 50/35 lbs

15 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in

30 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches, 50/35 lbs

15 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in

40 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches, 50/35 lbs

Time cap: 20 mins If you got time capped and you want to be ranked properly, add the number of reps you failed to complete to your time in secs. Example: If you got 210/225 reps (didn’t finish the last 15 burpee box jump overs) your time would be 20:15.

This is a competition workout that we are using for TRAINING purposes. Execute appropriately. You are not competing today. You are TRAINING. For TRAINING we keep in mind that we want to be able to come back the next day and train some more. In TRAINING we realize the purpose is to have an accumulative positive effect on our mind, body and spirit.

Some are able to treat every workout like it is competition day. Others can’t. KNOW which one you are and execute appropriately.

You can push yourself during TRAINING. Don’t annihilate yourself though. There is a difference. Save annihilation for the days when you can plan an appropriate recovery afterwards.
