CF Suffolk Striking (Striking will ONLY be done at 6:30 am, 8:30 am and 4,5 and 6 pm)

–OR–

30 minutes of:

400 meter run

ONE of the following: 250 meter row, 150 meter ski, 10 calorie bike

30 seconds work/30 seconds rest:

push-ups

sit-ups

mountain climbers

bicycle crunch

ring dips

lying leg raise
