Every 1 min for 7 mins: Power Clean+Hang Power Clean
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
1 Power Clean w/70-80% 1RM
3 Strict Pull-ups
6 Hand Release Push-ups
9 Air Squats
“Tabata” – Kettlebell Farmer’s Walks : 8 x 20 secs / 10 secs
The Tabata interval is 20 secs of work followed by 10 secs of rest for 8 intervals. Tabata score is the total reps performed in all of the intervals.
