Tricia makes her Cardio Kickboxing debut tonight at 7pm! Tricia has been running a Cardio Kickboxing program in Holbrook for 20 years and now has the opportunity to bring it into our gym! Tricia’s schedule is Monday 7-8 pm, Wednesday 7-8 pm and Saturday morning 8-9 am. There will still be CrossFit sessions on Monday and Wednesday at 7 pm. Contact George or Tricia if you have questions.
