12 minute AMRAP:
7 power clean 135/95
7 V-Ups
7 Sumo-deadlift high pull 24/16 kg
12 reps: roll from hollow position to superman position and back to hollow hold. Keep both positions as strict as possible. Make your goal transitioning from one position to the other without losing form.
