Back Squat:
1×5 at 40% 1RM
Back Squat 1×5 at 50% 1RM
1RM Back Squat 1×5 at 60% 1RM
Rest as needed between sets.
De-load session. The weight is light on purpose.
10 rounds for time of:
Run, 200 m
10 Jumping Lunges
5 Power Snatches, 95/65 lbs
