WORKOUT OF THE DAY
Take 10 minutes to establish a heavy Power Clean/Hang Squat Clean/Hang Power Clean Complex,
then:
3 cycles of 4 minute AMRAPS of:
300 meter row (M)/250 meter row (F)
12 bar facing burpees
Max Cleans 155/105
Rest 2 minutes between cycles
Your score is the amount of cleans you do.
