WORKOUT OF THE DAY
Front Squat 1×5 at 40% 1RM
Front Squat 1×5 at 50% 1RM
Front Squat 1×5 at 60% 1RM
This is a de-load week. The weights are lighter by design. Stick to the plan.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:
50 Double Unders
30 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
20 Toes-to-bars
5 Muscle-ups (scale to 10 ring dips or 10box dips)
Supplemental:
One-arm, dumbbell overhead lunge walk, choose weight, 50′ each arm (6 mats down and back)
The 2019 United States Strengthlifting Federation New York Spring Classic is being held in Woodmere, New York (Nassau County) on April 14th. You compete in 3 lifts: Back Squat, Overhead Press and Deadlift. Novices are welcome. For more info click HERE
