Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

Every 1 min for 10 mins, alternating between:

10 Back Squats, 50% 1RM

10 Strict Handstand Push-ups (Scaled options are available!)

Supplemental:

D-Ball Ground-To-Over-Shoulder: 10-10
