CROSSFIT SUFFOLK: Powered By SPARTAN PERFORMANCE

It was a great weekend for CrossFit Suffolk!  First, we had an awesome team workout that consisted of 9 teams participating.  It was fun and good training!  Andy and Mike G. competed at the CrossFit 631 Throwdown 3.0-Partner Competition and finished 5th!  Among other awesome performances, Mike G. hit 275 pounds on the Clean & Jerk ladder and Andy hit 245 pounds!  Fantastic job fellas!  And finally, the highlight of the weekend, the professional mixed martial arts fighter we train for strength and conditioning, Jeremy Puglia, beat his opponent at Bellator MMA #208, at the Nassau Coliseum, by referee stoppage in the first round.  Jeremy was smashing his opponent into oblivion when the referee stopped the fight.  Congratulations Jeremy!
