CROSSFIT SUFFOLK: Powered By SPARTAN PERFORMANCE

It’s almost time. Jeremy Puglia is 4 days away from his Bellator MMA fight at The Nassau Coliseum!  We’re so looking forward to this fight.  We like watching Jeremy fight anywhere but this Saturday Jeremy gets to fight in Long Island’s premier professional sports arena.  We have had the honor and pleasure of providing Jeremy’s strength and conditioning training for this fight and several others.  We have, literally and figuratively, had a ringside seat to Jeremy’s growth as a fighter and development as an athlete. We have witnessed his hard work ethic, an ethic that we have not seen matched by too many athletes.  Jeremy is quiet, not very expressive, and he doesn’t get rattled.  In the cage is a different story.  That’s when Jeremy becomes very expressive, not verbally, but physically.  His ring persona belies his real-life persona.  It’s nearly shocking but oh so entertaining if you’re a fight fan.  There’s one thing that I and all of Jeremy’s coaches (Alex Vamos from Vamos Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA,  Joe Scioli from Vamos BJJ and MMA and Rick Schaefer from No Limits Kickboxing & Fitness) know that everyone else will soon find out:  Jeremy is ready and prepared to do battle.  He is prepared to win.  What we are looking forward to most is watching Jeremy make all the hard work and long hours of training pay off in the cage.  Good luck Jeremy!
