1 spiderman stretch/t-spine rotation

We have a team (Matt, Andy, Katy & Melissa) competing at Flex On The Beach, Long Beach, NY on Saturday, September 15th if you are interested in watching and cheering on your fellow athletes!

 

We do the strength and conditioning training for pro-MMA fighter, Jeremy Puglia.  Jeremy is fighting in the Nassau Coliseum, for Bellator MMA, one of the  main MMA(MIXED MARTIAL ARTS) venues in the country.  The fight is on a card that features a main event between MMA legends, Fedor and Chael Sonnen, on October 13th.  Let us know if you’re interested in attending!
