Workout of the Day
TEAM WOD: FUN IN THE SUN
Teams of 2 with both team members running, then 1 team member working at a time
20 minute AMRAP:
400 meter run
10 deadlifts 225/155
20 pull-ups
30 calorie row
40 lunge steps
50 sit-ups
60 Russian kettlebell swings 24/16 kg
NOTE: Team workouts are designed to provide a great workout and promote fun teamwork. If you believe you’ll be “holding back the team” you are completely missing the point and you are denying yourself (and possibly someone else) a good time and good training. We are not playing for money or a shot at the “title” so please don’t avoid today’s workout over a silly mindset. As always, exercises can be scaled on an individual basis. If you have a good reason for not being able to participate in a Team Workout we will modify an individual workout for you. If you believe I’m talking to you it’s because I am.
