10 minute AMRAP:
5 pull-ups
5 handstand push-ups
15 kettlebell swings 24/16 kg

NOTE:  Scale pull-ups to band pull-ups or ring rows.  Scale handstand push-ups to box handstand push-ups or regular push-ups.

3 X 10: standing lateral med-ball throw
