Workout of the Day
5 Rounds:
Alternating EMOM:
1st minute: 2 Deadlifts
2nd minute, in first 30 seconds complete AMRAP: HSPU or push up
Conditioning:
5 rounds for time of:
20 Dumbbell snatches, 10 each arm
10 Dumbbell single arm thrusters, 5 each arm
5 burpees

    Beastmode Nick! Fun morning George- you know it’s an awesome WOD when you can’t bear to wear high heels out bc you can’t walk in them- looks like I’m wearing flats tonight- lol
