1X AMRAP @ 90%
NOTE: Use 90% of your 1-rep max as your 1-rep max when calculating percentages.
On a 12-minute clock, 4 rounds of:
1 minute of kettlebell snatches 24/16 kg (scaled version will be lighter weight or One Arm Kettlebell Swing)
1 minute of sit-ups
1 minute of lunges
