We hosted the CrossFit Specialty Course: Kettlebell on Saturday and it was awesome!  Outstanding job by CrossFit Subject Matter Expert for kettlebells, Jeff Martone, and the gentlemen he had helping him, Brennan Morton (from Nepa CrossFit) and Horatio.
