Great job by the Friday 6:30 am crew and all the Saturday sessions on the “Filthy Fifty”.

 

Super exciting Saturday coming up!  Pat W., Luis, Juana and Abby are competing at the 2017 Summer Battleground competition at CrossFit Camo in Farmingdale.  Click HERE for further details.  A bunch of us are doing the NAVY SEAL LT MICHAEL P. MURPHY 4 MILE RUN/WALK AROUND THE LAKE at Lake Ronkonkoma.  This has been a long standing tradition at CrossFit Suffolk.  On Saturday night Juana is hosting the Early Summer CrossFit Suffolk party at her house in East Islip.  We need to know who will be attending so Juana can plan accordingly.

25 double unders
12 overhead squats 95/65#
3 muscle-ups or 7 ring dips

single-leg deadlift kettlebell swap: 5 on each leg
