JUNE 24th…mark it on your calendar now.  There’s a lot going on that day.  A bunch of us are doing the 4 mile Run Around The Lake.  Pat W., Luis, Ashley and Juana are competing at the Summer Battleground competition at CrossFit Camo in Farmingdale.  Finally, we’ll be gathering at Juana’s house at night for the CrossFit Suffolk Early Summer Party!  Details to follow shortly.
