Workout of the Day
Press
1X3 @ 70% 1RM
1X3 @ 80%
1X3 @ 90%
NOTE: Base the weight on your “true” 1-rep max
10 minute AMRAP:
10 push press 95/65#
30 double unders

NOTE: Scale push press weight to 50-60% of your 1 rep max

Farmer’s Walk: 60 seconds, 45 seconds & 30 seconds

NOTE: Use the heaviest kettlebells you can handle.
